1.1 Shipment Origin

For US/Europe Customers:

Orders will ship from local warehouses (US Warehouse / EU Germany Warehouse) with free shipping if stock is available.

Other Regions:

Default shipment from China Warehouse.

Local Stock Unavailable:

All orders ship from China (regardless of customer location).

1.2 Shipping Cost Responsibility

Shipments from China:

ZOSI covers freight from China to designated international freight forwarder.

Buyer bears all subsequent costs including:

• International freight
• Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees
• Local delivery charges

Shipments from Local Warehouses (US/Germany):

Free shipping (includes local delivery: US domestic or intra-EU transport).

3.1 Stock Verification

Warehouse stock status updates in real-time. If local stock is unavailable:

• Orders will be automatically fulfilled from China.
• Buyer will receive email notification to confirm additional costs before processing.

3.2 Customs Compliance

Shipments from China:

• Buyer must provide valid import tax ID/compliance documents.
• All destination duties/taxes payable by buyer (DDU Terms - Incoterms 2020).

Shipments from EU (Germany) Warehouse:

• No import duties for intra-EU orders (DAP Terms).
• No VAT required

3.3 Delivery Timeline

• Local Warehouse: 3-10 business days (US: 3-7 days | EU: 5-10 days)
• China Shipment: 30-45 days (subject to sea freight transit and customs clearance).
