1. Policy by Shipment Origin

Origin Timeframe Defect Solution
China Warehouse 60 business days 60% discount voucher for next purchase after approval
Example: $100 product with defects → No return needed → $60 voucher issued after approval
Overseas Warehouse 30 business days Standard return/refund

2. Key Conditions

China Shipments Special Policy:

Applies only to functional defects
Requires photo/video evidence
Voucher valid 180 days
No physical return required

Overseas Warehouse Standard Policy:

Accepts returns for defects & shipping errors
Products must be unused
