Terms & Conditions
- Rewards are calculated on net order value (excludes shipping, taxes, and returns)
- Returns will be deducted from volume totals
- Coupons are non-transferable and valid for 6 months
- Rewards can be issued via future order deduction or PayPal/Wise transfer

Regional Restrictions
ZOSI does not support services or issue rewards in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or Crimea.
Custom packaging is unavailable in UAE due to import regulations.
Installers in the Middle East will receive culturally adapted uniforms where necessary.
